Director Morris is a Graduate of California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. He has owned and operated the Andrew Morris Insurance Agency since 1991, and was named the Wildomar Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the year in 2010 and 2012. Director Morris is very involved in the community and formally served as the Wildomar Rotary President and Treasurer of the Wildomar Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Director Morris serves on the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce board of directors, Meeks and Daley Water Company, and the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District board of directors.
Director Morris was first elected in November 2010 and served as Vice President in 2013 and 2022, and President in 2014, 2019, 2020, and 2023.
